Logistics Manager – Automotive

We have partnered with a local Automotive leader dedicated to producing high-performance vehicles and components to disrupt the marketplace.
As the Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations within our automotive manufacturing process.
If you are a dynamic Logistics Professional within the Automotive sector, this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient movement of materials, components, and vehicles.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, storage facilities, and distribution networks to minimize lead times and maximize production efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics processes.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- 8 years of Supply Chain Logistics experience with a minimum of 3 years in the Automotive sector.
- Familiarity on ERP systems i.e SAP
- Strong knowledge of automotive supply chain processes – distribution, warehouse management, shipping and transportation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
