Winchesters is working on behalf of our client OECM to recruit for a dynamic and innovative leader to join their team as Director, Supplier Relationship Management.

As the Director, Supplier Relationship Management, you will;
- Establish key supplier relationship management strategies as well as supplier engagement strategies to meet OECM’s strategic priorities and goals
- Develop and manage the SRM team’s capabilities to achieve business targets related to supplier engagement, supplier performance, savings, and overall value to customers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive innovation to optimize organizational and supplier performance
The successful candidate will have;
- Extensive experience in progressively responsible senior leadership positions;
- Experience in leading and directing teams in complex, changing business environments; and
- Strong business and political acuity
- A keen ability to foster a collaborative team environment with a focus on empowerment, inclusivity and teamwork
- Highly developed interpersonal, communications and the ability to build key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Director, Supplier Relationship Management will work alongside the Sourcing Solutions, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development teams, and is accountable to the VP, Supply Management & Customer Relations for contributing to OECM’s supply management strategies. The successful Director will foster a collaborative team environment with focus on empowerment, inclusivity and teamwork.
